FOUNDED ON CARE

Driven by Science and Deep Empathy.

Led by PG. Thillainayagi, B.Sc, B.Ed, Managing Director & Microbiologist

Pet Cross of India began its journey with a simple belief: no animal should be left to face disease and injury alone. Today, we continue this mission from Saliyar Street, Tirunelveli Town, bringing compassionate veterinary care and animal welfare closer to the community.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

The Pillars of Our Action

Compassionate Care

Every animal, regardless of ownership, deserves access to high-quality, professional clinical intervention. We treat strays with the exact same rigor as family pets.

Prevention First

Controlling zoonotic threats and viral outbreaks like Rabies and Distemper requires constant preventive screening, timely vaccines, and rigorous quarantine.

Community Partnership

True animal welfare is collaborative. We bring together local caretakers, government boards, municipal volunteers, and veterinarians to heal Tirunelveli's streets.

HOW WE WORK

A Systematic Path to Recovery

01

Veterinary Treatment

Immediate clinical triage and precise surgical/medical intervention for injured and distressed street animals.

02

Vaccination Camps

Conducting mass immunization drives every last Sunday of the month against Rabies and core viral infections.

03

Welfare Education

Informing communities about zoonotic prevention, Distemper warning signs, and compassionate local care.

04

Rescue & Support

Providing structured clinical isolation, medical boarding, and local post-op rehabilitation.

OUR ALLIANCES

Stronger Together.

We operate in close association with the Safe Guard Animals Charitable Trust and the Tamil Nadu Animal Welfare Board. This network allows us to extend the reach of our monthly camps, manage disease outbreaks systematically, and offer standard-setting diagnostics to communities that lack veterinary access.
